Dell Q56DD-400G-EDR4 transceiver is a parallel road 400 GBPS four small size pluggable double density QSFP - DD module, suitable for 400 gbase Ethernet network. The QSFP-DD EDR4 delivers 425Gb/s throughput over single-mode fiber (SMF) up to 2km, with the host FEC using the 1310nm wavelength.
The transceiver is fully compliant with the QSFP-DD Multi-Source Protocol (MSA), IEEE 802.3b 400GBASE-EDR4 and 400gai-8 standards. The electrical interface adopts MSA76 pin edge connector, and the optical interface adopts MTP/MPO-12 APC connector. The full-duplex QSFP-DD transceiver enables four separate 106.26Gbps PAM4 transmit and receive signal channels in each fiber,
According to the total rate of 425 GBPS. Built-in Digital Diagnostic Monitoring/Digital Optical Monitoring (DDM/DOM) supports real-time performance monitoring via a 2-wire (TWI/I2C) interface.
