The HPE P9H30A 32Gb SFP28 shortwave commercial temperature transceiver is based on our 32GFC-SFP28-100 product, and the module version is designed to operate over dual fiber multimode fiber (MMF) cable.
 It has a minimum guaranteed light budget of 1.8 dB, which is usually enough to reach about 100 meters through OM4/OM5 type fiber.
However, distance is only an indicative parameter calculated for the purpose of identifying comfort. Finally, we calculate the distance keeping in mind the minimum (guaranteed) light budget and the average attenuation of the cable in the industry.
 Our HPE P9H30A compatible transceiver uses a high-quality VSCEL laser transmitter operating at a nominal wavelength of 850 nm and an 850 nm PIN photodiode receiver.
The module supports DDM/DOM optical diagnostics and provides diagnostic data about the current operating conditions. The compatible module features dual LC connectors and is designed to operate in a standard temperature network environment of 0°-70°C.
The transceiver chipset supports 8.5-28.05Gbps data rates and applications such as 32G Fibre Channel (28.05Gbps), 16G Fibre Channel (14.025Gbps), 8G Fibre Channel (8.5Gbps). It is important to note that the above application support will vary depending on the port used for the module,
